WTB: Tales of Symphonia (Gamecube) & Panzer Dragoon Saga

I want to buy a NON PLAYERS CHOICE (!!!) Tales of Symphonia for gamecube. It is ok if missing manual but I ask that the price not be too high, a complete copy is prefered.
The game retails for $19.99 new, so please give me price accordingly.

Also looking for a US Panzer Dragoon Saga with original case, instructions, and CD's. If the cd slip cases are misssing or whatever thats ok but I wont pay as much. Also note I am unemployed and money does not come to me easily right now, so please no crazy prices.

yeah it has the player's choice label on them now :( we better track down the original cover soon !!

I don't know if this will help, but my brother just bought Tales of Symphonia for both me and him from TARGET, for $9 each. They were on an endcap clearance thing. And, they were not players choice. This was about two weeks ago, so if you get ambitious, you might find one at a Target near you.
