I'd say the non human categories, such as zombies and monsters.
I can relate to the Behemoth enemies from the Final Fantasy series.

Birds. Specifically the ones in Ninja Gaiden. Although I would have voted for "Wonky In-game Camera" if that was an option.

Stupid punks from the Final Fight series. They didn't really aggrivate me, I just didn't like always fighting the same guys. But then again, who else would you fight on the streets? Aliens? LOL

I also had to go with pits. Whose fuggin' idea was it to give your protagonist a full lifebar, only to have it cruelly snatched away by a mistimed press of the Jump button?! AUGH!!! :frustrated:
Honorable mention goes to birds. Ooh, Ninja Gaiden flashbacks... my rule: If it's winged, it SUCKS.
