System Rush Demo available for N-Gage

Despite no new games being released for the system for over a month now. Nokia throws its fans a bone in the form of a demo for the up coming racer System Rush.

I've been looking forward to this one since I heard it was being developed by the same people who did Colin McRae Rally on the N-Gage (probably one of the best looking games on it). You can try out the demo:

I've been playing it and it seems to be another fine title for the N-Gage that is part S.T.U.N Runner part Wipeout.

Also Catan which got delayed is supposed to have a demo available soon as well.

Tried it out, and apart from slightly sluggish controls and load times its pretty decent. Realy Looking forward to Catan though :-P

well that kind of stuff can be expected in a demo. the load times didn't seem to bad but i expect them to be better in the full release.

You really have to hand it to Nokia.
Rather than rehashing old Playstation 1 titles as they did when they launched this unit, they are trying their best to establish new original franchises with quality gameplay and top notch graphics for the system. They are really trying to turn the system around, and we are getting some really nice games.

Glimmerati was a lot of fun, System Rush looks sweet, and High Seize looks awesome.... a lot of great games on the horizon (RIFTS anyone)?

Hell yeah! I already preordered System Rush, along with High Sieze, Catan, and RIFTS. The only thing I haven't preordered (and need to) is the new Pathway to Glory game that's coming in November. I can't wait! Yay!

I've been playing the demo for two days now. Fantastic game, with the spirit of F-Zero and Tron...sort of. It's a great game for the N-Gage lineup, that is for sure. Can't wait till the final is released. Also got a great review here:

I have noticed quite a few games on the way for the N. Warrhammer 40k, Mile High Pinball (this looks REALLY good), Asphalt 2, and a bunch of others. So, for those folks who keep saying that the N-Gage is dead (or who have kept on saying this for the past year and a half), again, you are wrong.

It's only $99 now. For a game system/computer/smartphone/multimedia (music/movie) device.
