Why not email Intuit and ask them if ownership of their programs are allowed to be transferred. Personally though I have no clue if they'd be able to install it or not. I too believe that you have to activuate the program online before you can use it.

Yes, it is possible. I have to fill out a form or something.

Hm... you think I should run the program, see if I can register it, and then fill out that form to transfer the ownership, then? Oh yeah, I don't have a "proof of purchase". I bought this at a flea market. Unless they mean any sort of... eBay document proving that I've sold the software...
