I don't think so, the closest thing was supposed to be this:

The NES Mega Man games won't be found on the GBA, aside from your favourite flashcart/emulator combination. However, Capcom was going to release a compilation of the five GB Mono Mega Man titles on the GBA, originally titled "Mega Man Mania", and then later renamed to "Mega Man Anniversary Collection" to align with the console versions of the same name. (Celebrating the Mega Man 15th Anniversary.) The idea was that you would have the option of playing the games in their original black & white glory, or a brand-new colourized mode - in addition to the usual gamut of unlockable artwork/history items.
Unfortunately, the game has been delayed countless times, and it's left us wondering whether or not it will ever appear at all. According to Capcom, part of the reason behind the delay was that locating the original source code for some of the games proved quite difficult, and entire portions of some of the games were re-written from scratch. (See http://gba.1up.com/do/newsStory?cId=3142201 for more information.) The game can no longer be confirmed as a GBA title, and if development continues, it's likely that we'll see it for the DS instead.
As it stands, Capcom has pushed the release date all the way back to Wednesday February 15th, 2006. What platform we'll see it for (if we see it at all) will be anyone's guess.
The same thing stands for the rest of the games you posted - you will be far better off with your favourite flashcart and a copy of PocketNES, as the chances of any of those titles being ported to GBA at this point are pretty much nil. It's a shame too, it would be nice to see so many of our beloved NES titles find a new audiencetoday, but alas.

I dont think you will see duck tales, batman or ninja gaiden classics on GBA, unless capcom, sunsoft or tecmo (if those 2 last still excist) releases them. Nintendo will only release their own classics for GBA.

Not entirely true. They did release Castlevania, Pac-Man, Bomberman and Xevious as part of the NES classics series. However, I doubt that Duck Tales, Batman and Ninja Gaiden would be rereleased. If I recall correctly, the GB versions of Duck Tales and Batman were fairly similar to the NES versions so maybe those would work. If heard GB Ninja Gaiden kind of falls short.

Ah.. true, i forgot about those :) They are early NES releases tho. But still, i seriously doubt you will see ducktales, ninja gaiden and batman released on GBA. I wouldnt mind if they did release them :)
I think its really strange that Capcom canceled the Mega Man anniversary for GBA. They even have a fullsize add in one of the Mega Man Battle Network strategy guides with screenshots and boxart.

The old B&W version of Duck Tales, at least, was quite enjoyable. Likewise for Duck Tales 2. And the old B&W Batman game was pretty enjoyable, apparently.
I forget if there was ever a B&W Ninja Gaiden.

I dunno about Sunsoft (I highly doubt it) but Tecmo DEFINITELY still exists. Who do you think released the Ninja Gaiden for XBox? Not to mention the entire Dead or Alive series. But would Tecmo rerelease the three original NES games on the GBA when they already have them unlockable in the XBox version? *shrug* It would make them and Nintendo more money and make a lot of NG fans VEEERY happy...but y'never knwo

That's because the GB Ninja Gaiden wasn't technically Ninja Gaiden. Ninja Gaiden Shadow for the GB is actually Shadow of the Ninja with the Ninja Gaiden name slapped on it. I read it here: http://www.classicgaming.com/ninjagaiden/frames.html
It's an OK game, it definitely does not live up to the NES titles at all, but I happened to find it at a New Hampshire GameStop for only $9.99 (and saved with my Game Informer discount and being in Tax Free New Hampshire!!) and being the Ninja Gaiden fan I am had to have it. I dunno if it's rare or not. I can't check cuz the Online Rarity Guide is still down :( But suffice to say I was shocked to find one in a GameStop. Anyway, yeah, that's my input on the GB Ninja Gaiden.
