Are there and Sega ST-V Titan based forums?

Hi, I am looking for a sega based site dedicated to the st-v titan, hardware and software. Or a forum based on sega arcade collecting. Or maybe a good forum based only about arcade collecting in general.

I would also like to know if there is a bios chip for the st-v titan so you can boot up the protected japanese games on a usa motherboard.

I'm not aware of any specific ST-V boards but we have Arcade Alley here.
