Ok i think ive had enough with this guy.Ok he sold me a sega cd/genesis combo for 17.00 on Augest 13,2005. Its September 12 and still no package. I contacted him several times and about a month later he responds saying uh do you want the idem or your money back,seeing the prices of sega cd/genesis combos i said i still want the idem. Still nothing, So If i receive the idem and it is as said, should i + Feedback which is unlikely, N the idem is here but it took forever or - because he wount respond to my emails,he dint send the idem and it still isnt here.

You got to make that decision yourself.
If it were me I probably wouldn't even bother leaving feedback at all since you really can't leave negative feedback nowadays without expecting to get the same in return.

I think you should be more concerned with getting the item or your money back than feedback

File a claim with eBay before leaving feedback - good or bad, that should always be the last step in any transaction.

I am still waiting for 2 of my packages. I dunno what the hell is going on but unless customs is being slow as fuck. I dunno. I am still not impressed with shipping lately. I have 2 of my packages that I purchased later...are hear already. I dont understand and I am not happy right now.
Don't waste your time filing a claim with ebay. When I bought a cart on ebay and then the guy decided he wouldn't sell it, I filed a report. I showed them evidence in email of where he was offering me the item at a much elevated price and even how he had relisted the item but they said that wasn't enough evidence.
