Does anyone know if this game has made the ROM rounds? I have a copy that I'm prepping to rip and share, but I'm curious if anyone has already seen or played it.

I've always thought that this one has been available for years. Second only to Thrill Kill in downloads.

If it has, I've certainly never seen it. Then again, I don't actively download PlayStation games.

You haven't seen or played it firsthand, though?

In that thread, someone was selling a fake on Ebay. I also remember reading other posters from here or Assembler have downloaded it. I'm pretty sure Buyatari is correct on this one.

A version is out there. It got released on IRC a few years ago. I have it and I've seen it around Direct Connect and I think BitTorrent. Yours could certainly be different, though. It's also been speculated that one of the screens during the released version's intro could be a crappy title the ISO group inserted.
At any rate a second version would obviously be more than welcome. I'd love to compare the two versions.
Also, while you seem to be on a kick of making ISOs, I thought I'd recommend the settings on this page (http://rigg.arrowsmash.com/pce_duo_ripping.htm) so you can make sure the image is accurate. In my experience that's the best way to make sure you're getting a 100% accurate image regardless of the cd format. Excluding really oddball error prone stuff like CDI prototypes, of course.

Nope I haven't. I have never downloaded any game.
However I try to make it my business to know what has been dumped so I don't spend money on it. I have been approached with this title many times most copies I assume have been downloaded from the internet.
However, if it is now hard to find online I don't see why you can't make it available to those who can't find it now. Don't let me ruin the parade.

TDE found out what I know about the game by posting the link he did. I know its out there, but I also know that its not one that I hear much mention about.

Nah. If it's already out there, no need for me to rip it. Thanks for the info!

It could be an entirely different build, though. I'd be willing to take care of seeding it and everything for you.

The one released wasn't titled KillWheel. Is yours titled KillWheel? I know of the person who originally released it years ago. His friend worked at the company that developed it. When the game got canned, he got pissed and decided to release it like a year later or so. The game was finished from what I was told. The final game is called "Torc Legend of Ogre" or something. So if yours boots up as Kill Wheel, then you have an early build and it's worth looking at! (at least in my opinion)

Mine is a work-in-progress for sure, certainly not final/releaseable, and it boots up as KillWheel. I had no idea 'bout the name change. Interesting!
I'd love to play the final version. Anyone wanna trade? :)

I have access to the final release ISO. It's on a friend's FTP.
