Came across this the other day and snatched it up. It's Intelligent Qube for the PSX. The case, disc and instructions are the best I've ever seen. Very clean, unscratched. Disc in AWESOME condition. No labels or stickers. Clean, clean, clean. The only reason I'm not calling this "new" is because it's not shrinkwrapped. Damn nice.
