I found this at ebgames today and on the manual it said not for resale. Its the non gh/cd case and i was wondering if this is on all copies of the game in the US??

Reatil games don't say "not for resale" Unless it was a pack in or promotional giveaway.

thats what i figured. Its just on the manual and not the disc.

sounds like a pack-in, but the disc was taken from another copy it seems...
EB's disc games seem to come with non-matching manuals quite often. The stores that I have seen just put the disc in a sleeve, toss that in a drawer, and keep the manuals in a seperate pile. I have witnessed many Greatest Hits discs with non-GH cases and manuals, and vice-versa.

Howdy,
This was one of a VERY few games that was ever packed in with the PlayStation. The only other game I can think of beyond this one is Ridge Racer. The Ridge Racer NFS says so on the disc and the rear insert.
