Nintendogs DS Bundle for $149.99 Oct 24th

The bundle hits stores October 24 with a $149.99 price tag, and includes either a "pearl pink"- or teal-colored system, and a "Best Friends" version of Nintendogs that lets gamers start the title with the six most popular breeds from the three existing Nintendogs games: Labrador retriever, golden retriever, German shepherd, beagle, Yorkshire terrier, and miniature dachshund. As with the other versions of the game, all 18 breeds are unlockable in the "Best Friends" edition. Other bonuses in the package include a Nintendogs-branded, bone-shaped screen cleaner and a paw-print-riddled Nintendogs skin for the system.

Yeah, I think I'm going to go for it. Even though the game dosn't particularly appeal to me, I'm sure I'll still get a kick of out it.

The game is a lot of fun, IMO (playing my bf's Chihuahua version at the moment). Looking forward to getting my own. Between this, Lunar and Castlevania for the DS, and We Love Katamari, I will be so fucking broke.

Agreed. I love my PSP, but Nintendo is REALLY making their handheld products even more desirable. I am guessing that alot of SPs, Micros, and DSes will be flying off the shelves this holiday season. Of course, by then the PSP will have some more desirable games available, such as GTA. This is going to be one action-packed christmas season!

i love that nintendo is doing this... really... i do...

but the DS game collector in me ain't happy. i've already got 3 versions of nintendogs. now i have a fourth to get, and its costing me $150??? ugh. at least i get a new color DS with it.

kinda sad that i see the DS as an accessory coming with my copy of nintendogs.

AC DS is out December 5th as far as I know.

I can hardly wait but I'm thinking Lost In Blue will keep me going until then.

The new SPS' are supposed to have brighter screens, equivalent to the DS screens.
