PM's are about to be replied to...I'm not used to getting this many responses. :P
In the mean time, here's a pic - sorry for the crappiness of the iimage; I might be able to add a better one tonight or tomorrow. On a second glance, the inner portion of the box is in slightly worse shape than I remembered (a bit bent out of shape, but still completely intact). The manual and cart, however are still excellent. :)
