I bet this has been asked before,i coundnt find it,so my Sega CD model 1 wont eject and when i force it to eject it wont read the cd's. Any possible way to fix the drive? Bios is V 1.10

Funny, you have the same problem as I do. The problem lies in the big black gear under the CD tray. It's not locked into the right spot. I currently have my Sega CD's drive lying completely dismantled on the floor and I'm trying to figure out how to get the gear to lock into the right spot on the tray. I'll let you know if I figure it out. If anyone else out there knows the trick to it, please TELL US!
ADD: Shooting it won't help.
