I got all of this stuff at a swap meet yesterday but didn't get around to categorizing/documenting them until today. I'm on a bit of a Master System and 7800 kick right now, which is why there is a bunch of stuff for them. Other than that, just picked up a few NES and N64 games that I needed. :)

Free today I got:

An Apple //gs (computer itself only, but I already have a stockpile of A2 peripherals so it's all good). Found it in a stack of old computer stuff here on campus while walking past a building on my way to my office.

A floppy disk binder with a whole series of "Softdisk magazine" disks. This was a floppy disk-based "magazine" that people could subscibe to in the early 80's. A coworker of mine has been saving his since he originally got the disks when he himself was a subsciber. I guess he just found them in his garage or something, and knowing that I'm into A2 stuff, he gave them to me.

Good Apple II day for me.

A Sonic 2 Mega Drive plug n play game thing, I missed getting the first one with Sonic 1 and Flicky and stuff, but this one is still pretty rad!

Went to a few thrifts for the first time in the Netherlands...they are known for not having any gaming items, but I managed to come across one thrift store that did....found the following stuff there:

Nintendo NES w/controller & AC adapter
SMS II box and manuals + 4 SMS game manuals
Sonic the Hedgehog for Sega Mega Drive CIB
Power Cartridge for Commodore 64
MS Text for MSX complete with large manual, disk, tape, and case
a CIB MSX game (forgot title and left it at a friend's place)
2 original MSX controllers, one boxed
QuickJoy III Supercharger inside QuickShot Python 1M box

I was pretty satisfied in the end as I had lost hope of finding any gaming items in thrifts prior to checking out that last thrift store ;)

awile ago I had mentioned that I had to leave my atari stuff behind and was trying to replace everything.

I just got home from botcon and was just unpacking my stuff when I got a knock at the door.

Blah, bought a boxed NGPC Card Fighters Clash - Capcom version for £12.50, but the cartridge the guy got from the counter was the SNK version.
They weren't going to refund me (I only noticed as I was walking outside) but I kept on talking about how the two companies' characters were included and they got bored and refunded me.

You can get brand new ones at radioshack (That work better) Or you can buy BNEW Ones off ebay and save a few dollars.

And with these newer ones you don't need screwdrivers, unless you have that kind of TV or want to use it that way.
