I used to own a B&W unit, sold it.
Big mistake actually, it's a great little handheld. I'd love to just buy up a huge Wonderswan lot at some point and have an insta-collection. Good gundam turn-based strategy games of the like not seen since the SFC.

Just recently bought a WSC Final Fantasy II box set. Love it to bits, and was brand new never used!
Unfortunately, it never will be, as I know no Japanese. WSC games are almost impossible to locate as well. Are WSC games Japan only? Or did it also get a US or UK release?
What games are there available for it anyway? I am a WSC virgin and have no clue apart from the fact that I know of FFI and FFII.
What are the better games for it? What are considered rare? Do they come sealed at all, or do you have to trust that an eBay seller is telling the truth about a certain game being "new"?

So what variations of the WonderSwan have actually been released? Shame it never got rleased with a light (Side or backlit), otherwise it could have been a serious contender alongside the GBA.
One thing I always hated is the two buttons on the right are awkwardly placed. What idiot designed this anyway, and what were they smoking? No, really?
So I assume they were only released in Asia? How many games were released for it? Anyone got a complete list? Is it perhaps as collectable as, say, teh NGPC, or even N-Gage? Is it fairly easy (And cheap) to get a complete collection?
What are the most desired consoles? My mate has the predecessor to the one I have (The FFI one), but in my opinion, mine is the more desirable of the two, as it has that nice little premium FF strap with it.
Were there also any nice Limited Edition's made? Educate me!

:) I've been buying some for the WS since the Saturn games I want have been few and far between.
Not to crap up the thread, but I finally got a hold of Cliff and he said that he emailed me about the games you were looking for. I told him I never got it, but if you have a new list let me know.

Sorry took me a couple days to get off my arse and take pics. And even still I forgot about my systems, I have 3 or 4 boxed systems.
Anyways here goes:
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v298/The_Chosen_One/100_9252.jpg
B&W games. Bad picture as I was trying to fit them all in there. Sorry about that.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v298/The_Chosen_One/100_9253.jpg
Color and Crystal Games.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v298/The_Chosen_One/100_9254.jpg
Box sets, accessories, games w/bonus stuff whatnot.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v298/The_Chosen_One/100_9255.jpg
Promo stuff. Cool One Piece carrying case and of course the lovely Square Masterpieces cartridge holder.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v298/The_Chosen_One/100_9256.jpg
Which looks like this on the inside.
I have a few more games coming my way, and another 6 or 7 I forgot in the above pics.

I got the GB off eBay years ago and some of the GBA too. The seller 1ninja*com has some boxed GB games ending today. I'd bid but I've spent too much on WS games lately.

I've only got a SwanCrystal and 1 game.. are there ANY English-friendly games for this system?
There are a lot of puzzles that got some menus with English words.
One very nice game is Gunpey EX, this game inclusive has a auto save feature for continuous play.
Fighter games like some of the Digimon games are also English friendly.
If you do not mind about WonderSwan 'B&W' games the Wuz up b? Produce: Street Dancer is in plain English.
