Pretty much all the anime dvds are complete sets. These were purchased off ebay, all region coded with English dub. Most if not all have the Japanese tracks too, & offer subtitles, but I personally only viewed the Dubbed tracks. I don't know if these are a grey area here, they are up on ebay 24/7, tons of power sellers offering them there with no problems. These aren't just cheap dvd-rs but professional dvds complete in boxed sets. But if these are a problem here let me know & I can remove them.

Shipping is extra. I can send first class or Priority.

No, bootleg. Entire series.

Then say that they're bootlegs. Your original description is very misleading.

I'm guessing the anime DVD's aren't bootlegs or duplicates but the "Asia version" of each. In other words it's licensed for use in like Hong Kong, the Philipines, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, etc. so they're in Japanese language usually with DECENT (don't expect perfection and most have an e-mail address come up here and there) English as well as Chinese subtitles. These are sold commercially but not within Japan or the US, region coded ALL. (the only release of Kite was like this for awhile, then the only uncut release of Kite was like this for awhile as well)

For instance my Super Dimension Fortress Macross TV box sets 1 and 2 are the Asia release, not bootleg but not first run Japanese production. The area here IS grey since they're not for sale outside of the countries printed around the outside of the discs but they are actual retail releases, not some guy with a DVD burner in his garage.

...actually lots of my Macross DVD's are Asia releases and it's still the only way to get the Super Dimension Century ORGUSS series boxset since USRenditions got out of the anime business after only releasing the first 17 episodes in the US so many years ago.

.................that is of course, only if the anime DVD's being offered ARE the Asia release. Please post with an answer to this.

I don't honestly know if they are legal or not, but ebay allows them. Look up anime-toys or sundevildvd ALL of their auctions are for the same type of all region coded anime box sets.

Here's a link to Cowboy Bebop (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6435830410)

Here's a link to Trigun (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6435830314)

Here's a link to Great Teacher Onizuka (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6435535131)

These are the exact same sets I have purchased. They are professionally printed boxes that fold open with artwork behind clear plastic trays, & artwork on the discs themselves. They're not just some cheap dvd-r copy of something, they were mass produced in some country, just not the USA. It seems like ebay has laxest their assault on bootlegs, or these are really legal in some countries like Asia, because I see more all region coded sets than ntsc r1 sets on ebay now. And not just the power sellers I mention above, but lots of sellers offering the same sets.

@Austin, Bebop & Rahxephon both have Japanese tracks

They're still bootlegs.

They allow a LOT of bootlegged stuff. Ever see the Asian sellers? The large amount of stuff by SonMay or EverAnime they sell?

They don't care if people are selling turds, as long as they make money. ... well okay, turds are illegal because they're body waste but you get my point.
