Last PS1 Game You Played in Your PS2?

Bushido Blade 2 has been getting quite a bit of play in my Playstation 2 as of late. After playing Playstation 2 games for a long time, you look at Playstation game's graphics and think, "Man, I used to think that looked good?"

Anyhoo, what's the last Playstation game you played with your Playstation 2?

Driver 2, and before that Castlevania SOTN.

Now that I think about it, PS1 games have been getting much more time in my PS2 than PS2 games for a while now.

Since I got an Xbox, I've gotten maybe one or two PS2 games (PS2-exclusive stuff like Getaway: Black Monday), but I've picked up a few PS1 games, since you can get them dirt-cheap at a lot of places.

Either/or: Bust-A-Move '99, Cleopatra's Fortune, or Omega Boost.

I've heard that Omega Boost looks amazing with the smooth Texture Mapping turned on with the PlayStation2, but I've yet to try that for myself.

I'm with you. Why stress the PS2's laser with ware and tare when you could just use a normal PS to play the game? That is, of course, if you actually own an original Playstation to play the game with.

Anyways, to answer the original question; I believe it was Vagrant Story about 2 or 3 years ago.

Texture smoothing and fast loads. Fast load screws up some games, but texture smoothing is usually easy to tell where its working. My original playstation only gets used for imports and bootlegs these days.

It's a case of space saving for me. I don't have the room for another console out, so consolidating the PSX with my PS2 works well for me.

Ridge Racer Revolution, with the NegCon, of course. Texture smoothing makes a huge difference in the first two RR titles. Though in Revolution at least, it gives the clouds this weird appearance, like something from a comic book. It's kind of neat, actually.

I guess the technical answer would be Team Buddies, just to test a copy for resale. The real answer is Xenogears, which I started replaying but then my PS2 started rejecting it.

Rescue Copter that I picked up used last week. There's tons of noticeable pop-up, draw-in, etc that I'm not sure is so evident if playing it on a PS1.

It's a fun game however; those copter "sims" seem to be a guilty pleasure of mine. I've also played RC Stunt Copter & RC Helicopter, & City Crisis for PS2 is decent too.
