Are you including any software with it (OS, for example) ?
Misc Hardware -- kybd, mouse, spkrs, etc...

I'm thinking it might be OK for friends/family that lost their PCs down in N.O.

well it did have a copy of Windows 2000 on it, i can always stick it back on. i might have a spare mouse and KB laying around here.
