Namco Collection - Asia vs Japanese?

Am I right in saying that the Asia version will run quite happily on a Jap PS2?

Heh. I ordered the same thing too. Apparently the Asia releases are generally the same as the Japanese ones. No idea why they're often cheaper, but whatever.

I got it for 9.90 on play-asia, the differences between asia and jap is back cover and asian comes with a mini instruction in english and chinese seaparately from japanese instruction
