So yeah, DDREX2 came out. I say that its pretty damned awesome. Second favorite mix, behind DDRMAX2. But, this does have online play. It's kind of crappily set up, but its still pretty damned fun. If you're on, the charater I'm using right now is Meatwad. So, if you ever play such a charater, come in here and tell me. So far my record is all losses, but there are some damned good players on here.

Came out/shipped Tuesday, game stores should have it today, picked mine up at Gamestop.

I just picked it up today from Gamestop (Best Buy and TRU didn't have it yet for some reason). After playing it for a few hours, I gotta say it's a great game. Unlike the other mixes, this one has all fresh songs that I don't recognize from any other US DDR mix, which is great. I was getting real sick of buying a new DDR game only to find half the songs on it I already have another game.

My only complaint though is that you start out with a very limited number of songs. Everything else has to be unlocked. That isn't really a big deal but you have to start out playing a ton of Beginner/Light songs which is VERY boring.

So, apparently you can actually disable the corner buttons on the mat this time, unlike the pathetically broken Extreme USA. I think I might pick this one up tomorrow. It's got Injection of Love, and that's an automatic win.

Does anyone know how to unlock Daikenkai? I know it's in the mission mode but does anyone know what mission number it's locked under? I can't find it anywhere.

EDIT: Never mind, I just found it (it's available in the shop after completing C-34, which becomes available after competing C-33)
