NES Toaster Variants

I have a question, on the front of the NES toaster where it says" NINTENDO ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM" I have a text variant. 2 of them (1 US 1 Canada) after the ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM is a ™ and the other one (Canada) after the NINTENDO I have a ® and no ™ . Has anyone else noticed this and is it common. Thanks for any help you can give. 8-)

It just has to do with the differences in the countries in registering names. Nintendo is trademarked in the us, but copyrighted in CA

I have 2 from Canada and they are both different. :/
