I think I'm the only person from South-South Texas that posts on this board. Is there anyone else?

In the recent thread about Hurricane Rita there were tons of posts from people living in Austin and Houston.
The Official Collectors List (at the top of this very screen) also shows several southern Texan gamers.

Texas is a huge state so even South Texas can be divided into many parts. Let me be a bit more specific. Is anyone here from the Rio Grande Valley?

I think we're keeping these "roll call" threads over in the events and gathering forum these days, aren't we? I'm gonna shuffle this over there, and recommend you try searching that forum, there may already be a thread on this.

Not specific enough. I live in the Rio Grande valley and yet I'm hundreds of miles away from Texas. :D
