I sent him 10 days ago 3 Factory Sealed Games: Golf NES, Mule NES and Mario's Time Machine SNES,for a total of $230!

I shipped those by airmail post, registered WITH tracking number etc...

and some days ago,$230 were taken back from my Paypal account, without ANY REASON given!!

Too, strangely, snakecharmer1212 isn't a registered ebay user anymore!!

Do you have any idea what can i do?!
Paypal says that i don't have any buyer protection...why? i did all conditions needed..i shipped with tracking number,i shipped to USA,to the paypal address given...

Here is the address i sent the games to:

PANTELIS TZEREMES
28-61 CORPORAL KENNEDY STREET
BAYSIDE, NY 11360
USA

Do NOT DEAL with him!!

Thats crazy.. What kind of complaint did he fill, that he didnt recive the games? Since you have tracking number you can track and see if the package have been delivered.
Contact Paypal about this.

File for unauthorized transaction. I hope your bank has something like that.

Did you request ebay to send you his information?
How long was his back history of purchases before he left?

I've dealt with Pantelis recently. Here's the link

The thing is, he paid me with money order. I went to the bank and cleared the money order. Seems legit to me but his account is no longer active.

dj_spryte,do you know how to contact him?

Zerohero, he had a great feedback, and even made a good transaction with me in thepast, but now he just disappeared, and his account is no longer registered

Jajaja, i have NO idea what kind of complaint he filled, since Paypal didn't even told me WHY they took that money from my paypal account, they just told the transaction is "cancelled"...HOW,when i sent the damn games, and even registered, with a tracking number ( can't be tracked online though,i ship from France)

Call La Poste. If I send a package with tracking worldwide I can only track it before it leaves the country. Else I have to call the postal system and ask. They can tell you where it is.

When you get confirmed by La Poste that it have been recived get them to fax you proof. You might need to fax Paypal this. Contact Paypal. Its so strange that they just take the money from you without telling why.
Did you get a buyers complaint through Paypal btw?

I'm sure if you called Paypal directly they would at least give you the reason for thr chargeback. I would challenge them about this. If they can't tell you why the money was taken then they shouldn't have any right to take it.

I would never leave that much money in my Paypal account. If you withdrew the funds and placed them in your bank account after the transaction the your money would have been safe and Paypal would not be able to take it away.

Yeah i did that, but i got a "minus" $230 on my account, and of course once somebody paid me once again (i'm a seller too,and i make a lot of transactions,i can't "give up" paypal because it is useful to me for being paid ) the money was deducted from it...what to do then?

Sounds like he had faulty information up or closed his bank account before the funds were transfered or something along those lines.

This happened to me once last year. 6-7 days after the money had been in there it just vanished. Luckily I didn't send out the item yet, but I e-mailed the buyer and he said he was having trouble with his banks and was switching.

Sounds like the same case...where the money just vanishes.
