This guy is slick. I ALMOST bought a copy of each, take a look at his feedback. How the heck haven't these gotten pulled yet!?!?

how could you expect them to be real at that price?
not many people have 30 non-bootlegs of the same game up for sale in the same auction for such a bargain price.
he's ran several auctions before. they've probably never gotten pulled because nobody has reported them most likely.

I don't quite get how this guy is making any money with this. $4 shipped - minus listing fees - paypal fees - shipping fees. The guy has to be making maybe $1-2 per item he sells. Seems like there are better ways to make a few dollars, but maybe that's just my opinion.

I asked the guy if this was a CD-R or not. This was what he sent me in response:
Though the price, disc quality, disc condition and
gameplay are all EXCELLENT,
if the question you have raised is of great concern to
you then I must suggest
that you do not engage in a transaction as you may be
dissappointed.
Sorry for any hassles this may have caused you.
Can't even get a straight answer out of the guy. x_x

Actually I think his answer was quite clear without actually implicating himself.

I almost bought a few of this clown's games before I read his feedback. Nice little scam, actually. Ass!
