Namco 50th - Galaga '88 - no continues?

I was thrilled when I found Galaga 88 included in the new Namco Museum 50th Anniversary Collection for PS2. However, there doesn't seem to be a continue feature like there was in the arcade version.

The continue feature works fine in Bosconian...and they are using the original ROMs...so did they disable the continue function on purpose, or just forget to put it in the interface???



....Submitted by an Old Cranky Gamer who wants his arcade emulation done right... or not at all!

I don't feel like checking to see if its an option, but check the game options for Galaga 88 and make sure continues are enabled.

That would be too obvious. There is no such option to enable/disable the continue function.
