Security software experts identified a malicious program targeting Sony Playstation Portable systems that marks the first so-called Trojan found in video game devices, Symantec Corp. said on Thursday.

Xizer: Yeah all people with a handheld Video Game device should already know about viruses etc. and be computer literate. I mean if say some kid had a psp and got infected Id laugh because hes stupid and shouldnt be stupid. Id be all liek rololol NOOBZ0R HAX

Uhh, okay. If someone is stupid enough to hop on Kazaa and search for "psp" and get this shit, then yes, they deserve it. Any decent PSP website, like pspupdates.com or psp-hacks.com, would not have this. It's spread to others via P2P or shady websites - only a complete moron could fall for it.

No seriously, not everyone is computer savvy. Just because someone doesn't spend several hours online a day and knows about a couple of obscure websites where to get PSP hacks at does NOT mean they deserve to have their new gaming systems bricked. To most ordinary people, Downloads = Kazaa, they know of nothing else.
