Saturn game price help?

I was in a store the other day, and I noticed that they had a copy of Shining Wisdom for the Saturn. The case was a bit cracked, but it was otherwise complete. They were asking $28.99 for this. Is this a good deal or not?

I'd say $28.99 is a BIT high, but not unreasonable. The game is worth right around $20-25 easy on the overpriced eBay circles, so do what you will with that info. I think I paid $15 for mine.
