Some swedish company have made a game where you have to use your brain to move a ball. Looks pretty cool.

I don't know. My activity level is pretty low. I have a new work schedule that is not allowing normal neural activity as is. It would be a pretty bold assumption I still have the capacity to accomplish the task and still maintain basic motor skills. :D

Looks like a cool thing, but they are quite expensive.
