OK, I am going to put a firm close time on this so that there can be no confusion: 8pm board time (that's GMT).

Highest offer posted before that time, as registered by the board, will win. This post was put up at approx 3pm GMT for those of you in a different time zone who want to figure it out.

Don't suppose that GameGear X-Men is a European copy is it?
The only Euro GG X-Men title I've been able to confirm so far is X-Men: GameMaster's Legacy.

I don't think X-Men is a Euro game - it has the gold Sega Seal of quality on it, which only usually appears on US Sega games, and it has the silver 'GAME GEAR' legend up the side of the label, rather than the blue & white 'SEGA GAME GEAR' legend like on the Judge Dredd cart.

Not sure how else you tell - the part number on the label is 670-3213, if that helps.
