I just want to trade for a decent enough computer to run Steam (CS, DOD, HL, etc.) on. One that can maintain a good framerate and shade well.

Good luck. That's probibly about 500 bucks worth of parts. Unless someone has a spare computer sitting around. I'll try to benchmark my old computer but yeah, don't expect much.
