I know this isn't a fantastic bargain like you're all used to, but I got a Master System 2 for �13 today. It had Sonic on it.

I've been wanting one for a while but haven't come across one anywhere other than Gamestation.

Their BOGOF offer only applied to about 5 games out of the Megadrive and SMS collection. Pretty much all they have left are sports games.

I bought Teddy Boy and Prince of Persia for �2 each (one was free) then went to the other Gamestation. The same thing there. All sports games and no BOGOF. I bought Sonic Chaos for �5 and Global Gladiators for �2.

I didn't realise Sonic Chaos was the same one as is already on the Master System. Oh well, +1 for the collection. I could take it back, but there wasn't much else to choose from.

EDIT: Forget that last comment, it turned out the cartridge was dirty and it was just going to the default sonic lol.

Had the day off and decided to make a video game run. Thrifts and game stores. Did not find much but here are the best:

Block Buster:
Street Soccer for GCN 1.57 Marked 4.99 but rang up at 1.99 with 25% off all used games. Don't know but could be rare some day it is a Block Buster exclusive.

Best Buy:
Picked up Jade Empire Collectors ED for XBOX 29.99. No great deal just wanted the game

Thrift:
9 games for the Memmorex Vis. Have never seen any thing VIS in the wild before.

Today was a Dreamcast kind of day....

A still shrinkwrapped Jet Grind Radio ($9 - so did anyone buy any dreamcast stuff after 2000? I'm still finding aot of factory sealed dreamcast stuff, here and there. Mostly VMU's and controllers.. The Circuit City by my house still has a shrinkwrapped Space Channel 5, PSO ver. 2, and HotD2 in their bargain bins. for like 3 bucks a piece.)

-Boxed blue Sega VMU ($10)
-Armada ($7)
-Toy Commander ($5)
-Mag Force Racing ($3 - this game seriously BLOWS!!)

I already have JGR for my DC, but since I play my copy so damn much, it'll be nice to have a spare lying around for when this one finally craps out.

Picked up Deathrow for Xbox finally. I've heard it mentioned in various threads for "Games you probably haven't played and should" and "Best games for the Xbox", and most recently in the thread here for "Rarest Xbox Games", so it's been on my hit list for a while.

Shame there'll never be a sequel out for this, because from what I understand the only flaw in the game is that there's no Xbox Live support.

could've probably bought more but as it is, half those 2600 games are trade bait, and not even that great of trade bait either. the snes games were a decent score, those being 2 of the last games that i really wanted for the system. and well, twin cobra... \m/

Also had a funny find this weekend. Stopped at a pawn shop and they had an Atari 2600 with 1 joystick (missing the rubber boot that goes over the stick). No R/F and 3rd party power supply. Price - $72.95 @_@

Plus the games (all loose & common) were $5.95 each.

I'm going to keep going back and see if they sell it. LOL

No I'm not sure it just said BB exclusive on the box.

It is a Blockbuster exclusive, but I have no idea if it will be rare or not. All I really know is it sells for less then $3 and is a pretty bad game.

Not a find, but my best friend told me he ordered Ikaruga (GC) for $12 ^^
Also, someone traded Time Crisis 3 w/ box, gun, and hookups and it was about $10 after discounts =D

A co-workers friend had some stuff that didn't move at his garage sale, so I picked it up off him.

I've been going to this used game store lately called Replay that's 15 minutes up the road from my house which has a nice collection of games, animes, movies, trading cards, and manuals. He's a real fair businessman, like he'll buy a persons used PSP for $145 and sell it for $185. But anyhow, he's been my stop location once a week to see what he's recently got, especially with the Sega Saturns. Today I managed to get Alone in the Dark for $4.99 which I find quite decent. I've been wanting to play this game for awhile and see what the fuss was all about. Can't wait till Saturday afternoon to see what I got.
