After living here for 2 months, I've finally started working on my room of doom.

This is going to be the toy shelf. Not much there yet, just a toy Bronco I had as a kid and some awesome Homestar Runner figurines.

Ok, on to the videogames. Here are all the usual suspects. The yellowish thing is an Odessy 300, the wood grain thing on the top is a Wonder Wizard. Both are dedicated pong machines. The white handheld is a Tomy Tennis game.

Activison VCS games. Need more.

4 (I think) more to go. You know who you are, Joe!

Random boxed games.

All my current gen games fit on one shelf!

This is a shelf inside a closet. Just some loose VCS and CV games.

Eventually, I'm going to have a shelf like this going around the top of the entire room for game boxes. I love these boxes!

This room has been in the planning stages for over a year, and I can't tell you how pleased I am with how things have turned out so far. Any feedback is appreciated!

Really cool.
I've never really seen anybody display smaller collectins (like your black box NES collection) like that.
8-)

Very cool. I was gonna take pictures of mine this week, but I decided to wait until my order from Lik-Sang arrives so I can have my Famicom Game Boy micro displayed.

I like your boxed NES games display. I'm collecting all the NES Classic games, so I'll probably do the same thing when I get the last ones.

Looking good. I really like how you're showcasing the boxed NES and Activision stuff. I hope the segarocks30's of the board are looking at this. This is a fantastic example of less being more. Can't wait to see it all expand :D .

Are those custom made DVD cases for your pc games?

Less is definitely the right word :) What you see is essentially my video game collection. Everything else I've traded or sold to buy either stuff I play or the two sub-collections on display. Of course, when I complete those I'm sure I'll have found another subset to work on :)

Nope, everything is store-bought. The DVD cases on the left are the discs that came with the now defunct Retro Gamer magazine.
