Little light on the meseta so - 100 meseta question...
In the film Back to the Future Part II, what two boxed NES games can be found in the year 2015? (no, I don't mean the two arcade cabinets in the Cafe 80's)

jaws and Who Framed Roger Rabbit were the two games, right?
Nope, there is a Roger Rabbit plush in the window of the "Blast From the Past" store but no Roger Rabbit NES game, it's another title.
Jaws is correct however, what's the other game?

While listening to the classic Buckner and Garcia Pac-Man Fever album last night, I noticed an obvious mistake in the lyrics in first verse of "Do the Donkey Kong". Can you tell me what it is?
"Open the umbrella up and answer the phone"
That's a purse, not a phone.
Ding ding ding! Correct!

Clue: Atari VCS fans may recognize this one:
Once long ago in a distant land lived a king named Frederick. He took very
good care of his subjects and pretty much let the kingdom run itself. One
day King Frederick and his wife, Queen Christina, decided to start a family.
To their surprise, Queen Christina soon gave birth to quadruplets. Four
healthy sons, all at once. The King and Queen were overwhelmed.
Can you name the four sons for 500 meseta?

Restivo, Marcus, Dominick, and Felipe.
Next question - what arcade game did Sega begin as an internal development with no plans to ever release. However it was polished enough and so well designed that they decided to send it out anyway, where it would later go on to lead to the games that define a genre to this day - over 10 years old or not. 250 Meseta starting bounty.

Just guessing off the top of my head here, but is it Daytona USA?
Nope, but you're on the right track - Daytona USA was created as an eventual offspring of things the game in question did. The game in question lead to Daytona USA which is the "game that defined the genre" in my question.

Ape Escape? :)
Correct, + 100 meseta. Ape Escape required the DualShock to play since one stick controled player movement while another controlled player attack. One of the reasons the PSP Ape Escape game is nearly impossible to play.
Let's stick with these first and lasts until a correct answer picks up another question. 100 meseta once again, what was the first game ever released for the Famicom Disk System? Either the phonetic Japanese title or the US title is fine.

Poket Monsters (Pokemon) Blue. The US version of Pokemon Blue was actually Pokemon Green in Japan. The Japanese version of Pokemon Blue was the one that never got released here...not Green.

In 1994, what did Sega claim was the reason for the glitches found in Sonic The Hedgehog 3 (such as getting stuck in the wall of the carnival stage).
Also, what was they're solution to the problem?
This is a very hard question and you might not be able to answer it if you had never spoken to a Sega hotline about the problem.
