I was wondering if any of you has a proto want list?I think all of us here has some games in mind they would like to get their hands on?I made a little list of games i would really love to own in proto form.

-Rodland
-Hammerin'Harrry
-Ufouria
-Gimmick
-Ghost Lion
-Bubble Bobble 2
-Flintstones 2

Gimmick's pretty easy to find, I've had two or three pass through my hands (PAL versions). They were all byte for byte identical to the released game, too.

Armyx had a Rodland proto for sale in Madrid, Spain. He doesn't have it any more...he was selling it with 20 other protos, 180 usd each (too much money for my taste).

I bought that one. then I sold it to someone.

...and it was lost in the mail. Yay.

My want list:

Asterix (Atari 2600 VCS)

I believe there's only two NTSC versions currently known about (so I've been told) and I own one of them :)

I might part with it for the right money... but that would be quite a bit of money...

I sold it for a lot more than that, and had to refund the money after I'd already used it to pay off my credit card debt.

For those who mentioned them: there is a first party Zelda beta that has SOMETHING different (I can't figure out what), and I'm pretty sure there's a Mario Kart also.

I own a PAL Zelda 2 Prototype for NES. But not for sale.

I think I don't have enough money for that in the moment. So see my list only as want list, but not as buy list. Because I have not much money to buy all these Prototypes. Only when I can get them cheap. :D LOL
And PAL would be much better for me.

But I own a NTSC Taz Prototype for Atari 2600 VCS, which is near the same game as Asterix, only with different graphic. And this has no Taz in the titlescreen, so its different to the released game. :-P

Nicola, I have a Mario Kart SNES prototype. I got it from someone at Nintendo.

I also have Legend of Zelda for NES, 2 Noah's Ark NTSC protos, both in way different stages of development, and some Mega Man protos, just not part 1. I sold a Secret of Mana for SNES on eBay this year...

Damn, I even had Chrono Trigger for SNES! I get rid of the RPGS quick for big bucks= )

I have a Final Fantasy Mystic Quest proto, though ;)

Ok, 180 but you had to buy a lot of them for that price! I bought around 70 gb and snes protos, 25usd each from him. Nothing unreleased, something different.

I sold 2 of them for 50 euros each since I wasn't able to dump them.

I have also a rodland GB proto that I can't dump on my gbxchanger. I must buy an eprom programmer.

Seriously! I've had more than enough good luck to make up for it, though.

Did you really send a prototype thats worth $300++ (just guessing since you said you sold it for alot more) without full tracking and insurance? :(

As for the topic, I want all protos hehe ;) I dont care that much for NTSC stuff, but if I see something I want I might buy it. PAL-B protos are always great :)

I would give an arm and a leg for Clayfighter Extreme for PSX. Was one of my fav games on N64 and the psx version would have rocked. I would also like ANY psx protos actually, but Clayfighter Extreme is #1 on my list.
