Are these playable, on say a modded console or debug unit, or any other way for that matter? Specifically the time crisis II and crisis zone Preview.

You need a Test or modded PS2/Debug or modded Xbox to play them. Not all games work on modded systems, but most do. Some might work on some modded systems and not on other modded ones. We're talking about a couple of titles here out of a few hundred that haven't worked on a modded system.

I do have an extra PS2 that is modded but I need to fix it one of these days before I can sell it. Just not high on my "to-do" list at the moment, but keep an eye on this post if you want it as it will be listed here.

And Katamari is long gone, as is anything not on the list.
