My company has decided to change manufacturers for our PCB's. Well the new company we are switching to had a link to their Gameboy icard. It looks like it gives you sports updates on your gameboy. I was just wondering if anybody here has seen or heard of this before?
Here is the link to the company's page. If anybody has any questions I am meeting with them on Tuesday.

That looks like a niche thing that no one will have heard of. Then in about 5 years they will start showing up on eBay and everyone will be like OMFG I never heard of that. I need one for my collection. Kinda like the sewing machine running GB cart and the Fish Finder GB cart. LOL

Wow, this is news to me...how were they sold and where?
EDIT: Oh, wait, their site is still valid. I take it these were only sold through it and not in stores?
Oh, wait...you know what? I think I vaguely remember hearing about these.....but I thought they were rented only at the tracks and not sold to the public. Man....memory is really fuzzy.

yeah I have heard of those being used at the tracks but that was back in the original gameboy's days.

There's a lady at my workplace whose son races go-karts.
She mentioned the use of gameboys to view lap times, so this must be what she was talking about.
I hooked her up w/ a gameboy colour for that purpose, but I never did ask how all of that is going.
