I was almost tempted to bid on it.

If I'm not mistaken... isn't that the LE PAL version cart? European DP people, correct me if I'm wrong.

I have that cart. I dont think its a limited edition or anything. Think all OOT carts over here was like this.

It's a PAL looking label to me.

It is exactly the pal version. The limited version is completely gold. This is just a normal version.

D'oh, you ruined it for me! I was going to say "Yeah, that' the ultra ultra mega rare version that only a few million people own. Very scarce!"
There was indeed a gold PAL version, but it was only released in Australia for some reason. All the European versions are just a normal grey cart.
Battle Tanx is another game which you American's had a nice coloured cart (Green) and we just got a plain boring grey one. And wasn't DK64 yellow, and some other game red? (Was it a Turok game?)
Only other PAL games I can think of that were different colours are:
Pokemon Stadium II ~ One half gold, other half silver
Zelda: Majora's Ask ~ Gold
Turok II ~ Black
I think something else came on a black cart too, but I forget what it was...
