*** What Super Famicom Game Is This? ***

Hello everyone,

I picked this game up at a yard sale earlier this year and I don't know what game it is. I was hoping that someone here would be able to tell me what game it is. There is no english translation on the cart that I can see. Thanks for all your help.

Honoo no Doukyuuji - Dodge Danpei

Dodgeball games that saw a good number of ports, including the Megadrive and Game Gear IIRC...

Next to nothing, I'm guessing. People seem to get this idea that if they find a Japanese game in the US, it must be valuable. :P It's all about supply and demand. If Japan produced great quantities of a title, it's not going to be worth much, even if there aren't that many copies located in the US. Also, with little interest in most Super Famicom games in Western countries, you're not going to get much if you sell. Often times, Japanese versions are even cheaper than their US counterparts. And finally, since most Super Famicom games I come across for sale are complete, many people won't pay a fraction as much for loose game, if they'll be interested in buying at all.

Sorry if I'm raining on your parade, but that's just how it goes. My suggestion is to just play it and enjoy it. :)

i own the game. its pretty interesting as a dodgeball game. i just wish i could understand the plot and whatnot.
