1.It's looks like a really kickass remake of SOR1/2/3?
2.I read all the info on it but I can't seem to find an actual dl? The site ones don't work? I tried and tried.
3. Is it actually working it is a beta? And is it good? Worth the dl? Even if you can only play 2 stages it seems well worth it?

Not sure what that is but if 2D beat-em-ups interest you, then check out Beats of Rage. It's a freeware game built in the vein of SoR but with higher res graphics, just Google Beats of Rage. Additionally there is a rather large BoR mod community, googling BoR mods should help you.
If you have a Sega Dreamcast then many BoR mods as well as BoR is avaiable as a downloadable .CDI image that can be burned to a CD-R with Discjuggler or Alcohol 120% - then it'll play on your Dreamcast.
I don't want to get into how BoR works, etc. but there is a big community out there and lots of tutorials and help!

yeah I know about BOR.... it's pretty standard fare and the mods haven't really impressed me that much....
But if any the info I read about this SOR 123 remake beta is true then this would be a truly remarkable game...... read for yourself english info is on the bottom right of the page for the link of this game....

Well from everything that I read there it is not complete yet. He working on it for the PC too, and then plans to port it to the DC.
Edit: Look right below the screenshots on the first page you linked to at the top of this post.

oh after 4 betas I thought I might have like a little playable tech demo like double dragon forever remake?

from what I've read on the site... the game would be much better than BOR and I read allot..... you'd have to be kinda downsided to mess up a 2d SOR game
anyhoo still no dl and bandwith is fudged at the mo damn commies :(
