Well, I tried to throw a curve at you folks, but you weren't fooled! :D This round of the DP Mystery Sound Contest is over and (drumroll please) *** Phil Sykes *** is the winner!

Phil wins this contest's nifty-keen prize of a "Bring Me the Head of Earthworm Jim" VHS tape plus an animation sketch used in the production of the EWJ cartoon series!

There were 52 correct entries - more than I thought we'd get! And what was the sound? Well, it's a common game, but this sound *only* appears on the Atari 2600 version of this game! And that game is DONKEY KONG (sound "Jumpman/Mario" makes when he dies). Congrats to Phil and watch for a new contest starting soon!
