When I first got this game it mesmerized me. Wow what a great game, the world doesn't have to load "the best asset of this game imo" and it's so big and expansive! Well my journeys continued. I did quests till I got tired of having to gather a million items. I PvPed against friends till I realized how boring it gets when you can't PvP with more than 2 people.

I PvPed against Horde till I realized that it only starts a huge "eventual" one sided fight. I ganked lowbies, ok, this was actually fun, one of the funnest things to do in the game. I tried Battlegrounds. Couldn't hardly ever get a group together, que times in excess of an hour at times, I played this game mode like 5 times max. I tried grinding, omg, WoW has to be the most boring grind game ever, so forget it!

I played instances to level instead and for a while it was really really great. Then I got to level 45 and realized that almost noone was doing instances anymore unless they were in a guild. I tried and tried to get people together so I might actually have some fun and just realized my downtime was outweighing my game time.

I realized that considering the high level raid instances take 30+ people that I would never be able to dedicate that kind of time, and really why would I? For an item or for the experience? Well from my experience people get pissed when it comes to looting so yeah its all about the loot. I finally decided that this game had become a truly hated game by me. From the quests, combat, community, and everything in general I finally just decided to quit.

I couldn't put my finger on why I started losing motivation with this game, but after all is said and done, it's cause this game is not structured well at all and hooking up with new people is way too hard. A very disposable MMORPG. I deleted all my characters with hardly any hesitation, a rare thing for me.

I'm sorry but when it comes down to it WoW is a complete borefest. The only good things are lack of load times, and the initial vision. This turned into the worst game experience of my life. I am now playing City of Heroes since I missed that boat and already can see why it was such a great talked about game.

Easy to group, skilled gameplay mechanics, generated dungeons, character customization, content update, and a pvp game that is in your face and lends itself to the medium. I hope MMORPG's keep going the way of good fun and balance and not greed and broken mechanics. Cause that's my opinion of WoW now.

A broken game for greedy item horders.

Edit: I apoligize to the people who enjoy collecting rare items, hell im one of them, but in the end WoW is really just so broken that it's not worth it imo and its too much the "core" of the game. So my comment is more of a synopsis than an actual bash against item horders. ;)
