Colecovision Turbo Cart Variant (Canadian?)

Found this at thrift this weekend. Odd that the cart label is in French and not English. The DP rarity guide doesn't mention this variation. Any idea if this is common or not?

Common for most Coleco carts to have a french-variant. I know I have a Donkey Kong coleco game with a French label. I also have Turbo for the Intellivision (which is sort of rare) made by Coleco with a french label.
I wouldn't say it is any more valuable than the standard release.

The early Colecovisions released in my area all came in English, but the package also contained the french label sticker separate from the game. It was up the the buyer to peel and stick the french label on OVER top of the English one. As a result, I have several unpeeled french labels for various Coleco games. They also came with 2 manuals, an english one and a french one.
Later on, Colecovision issued it's Canadian version and even the front of the console displayed both English and French. Then the the manuals became reversible, with English on one side, french on the other.
