View Full Version : Please Help ID a controller
It came with a box of SNES stuff, but the plug doesn't fit. It has a "Nyko" label, and some of the switches have shapes rather than numbers or letters. Is it Genesis? Playstation? Regardless, it's up for trade or sale.

Its a playstation controller, you can tell by the shape of the plug plus the turbo switch symbols.

ummm... have you never played playstation?
Triangles, Squares, Circles and x's are playstation, as are L1, R1, L2, R2

Ok, your first post had me very confused. I thought I made it clear that I was talking about a PSX controller.

That is a "NYKO Maximizer Joystick" and it is for Playstation.
Thanks guys! I suspected Playstation, but wanted to be sure. And to answer the question... no, I've never played a Playstation (or GameCube or N64 or XBOX or Genesis or PS2 or DreamCast or Jaguar or 3DO yadda yadda yadda). The most modern systems in my collection are the SNES and Duo.
