I'm not much on label variations but his feedback is pretty solid. A couple of the very few negs that he has are from complete morons!!

I think those have been discussed before, and it was determined that they were some kind of rental label if I'm not mistaken.

That or it could be the magazine review version. I don't know if there's another label on the back with the return to address like many other magazine review copies.

He's got several for sale and they all say new from the factory. :hmm: HMMMMMMMMMMM

5 to 1 says that someone took off the ruined labels and replaced them with new ones, then sold the games to him and told him they were rare from the factory special version labels, if he has good feedback. I SERIOUSLY doubt that that's from the factory....suspect it's a replacement made by someone.

i've seen this seller sell other snes games with those labels saying they were straight from the factory. i've never seen one for sale that wasn't from him though.
