Well, I received some not-so-good news this morning: the guy I was planning on covering me at work Sunday morning has now decided that he wants to spend his birthday (Sunday) not working! if anyone would like some SMALL ones made speak up now and bring us a few bucks / cheap games as payment and we can churn out a few to bring. by small i mean preferiably less than 29 x 29 pixels. MOST of your classic in-game graphics will be in that range at original source resolution. I shoudl be able to procure most sprites but if you want a specific version ro whatnot PM it to me or something. 8 bit works best but 16 can be done.

I really had a great time Saturday. I didn't play games a whole lot but it was great getting together with other gamers and "talking shop", something I don't really get to do with my usual crowd.

I have to disagree with s1lence about the Picto-Chat thing. If this doesn't prove Nintendo are just mad geniuses of entertainment I don't know what will. A bunch of people whipped out their DS's and started up Picto Chat pretty much with the intent of sending crude and pornographic messages. Not that that's a *bad* thing....Anyway those who were in the other room playing Mario Kart DS switched over to Picto Chat and JOINED IN. For a solid ten minutes grown adults were giggling like middle schoolers sending dirty images or messages.

And PBR tastes great after you have what, three or five. At least that's what Spoon said.
