I've got one in great shape has everything eye shield, stand, controller, and tennis cart. The only thing it doesn't have is the AC adapter. PM if interested. (This goes for anybody else who is interested too.) I can't quote you a price shipped since you don't state where you live. So let me know what it's worth to you.

$15 shipped sounds pretty low to me, you're probably looking at $15 just for the shipping alone. You should probably expect to pay at least $50 for the complete set like you're asking for. Just as an FYI, the Virtual Boy uses the same powercord as the SNES and the Super Famicom, but it put's it in a weird enclosure. In a bind once, i tested a unit with a SNES powercord and a set of aligator clips... it worked, but I don't recomend it.
