Is Fun N Games for SNES rare? I cant check because the guide is down, again :(
Is there also a PAL version? If so, how rare it compared to the NTSC version and how much are they usualy sold for, both loose and complete.

It is one of the rarer NTSC Super Nintendo games. Doesn't the guide mention a low production run?
I believe the PAL version is much easier to find.
There's also a Genesis version.
It's pretty juvenille from what I've played... you can dress models in different outfits and stuff. There's a really bad Wing Commander clone in there, too (and I mean clone in the loosest sense of the word.) Riveting I tell you.
It generally doesn't sell for much from what I've seen.

I think it's a r7 from what I recall.

I thought it was an R8, but I remember it changing lately. The production run was under 10,000. And yes, the game really is very... unentertaining.

The NTSC version is an R8, and there were only about 2,000 copies made. (Btw, the Genesis version is more common and only an R5)
I used to own it, so I've spent a little time playing it.
Paint: no-frills Mario Paint clone.
Games: Wing Commander clone (and yes, it is really bad), and a Pac-Man clone where you play as a mouse trying to dodge cats and get cheese. I actually played that all the way through (it's easy and pretty short, with about 30 levels).
Music: Just like the music part of Mario Paint.
Style: Like fishsandwich described. Whenever you do something, a really annoying voice will say something like "wacky!" or "wild!" Really lame.
So yeah, rarity is pretty much the only thing the game has going for it. But there's speculation that it may become what Stadium Events is to the NES now, so if you're collecting or thinking of collecting SNES, try to hunt it down now before it gets too pricey.

The guide says R8 with a print of 2,000 copies.
Yeah it's an R8 and the Genesis version is not nearly as rare. It goes for fairly cheap considering how rare it is, I got mine off of Ebay for $8 or so, I was the only bidder.

It also came out for the 3DO, where it was either common as hell or just hated. I've had the better part of 20 copies in stock at the GOAT Store for the last five or so years:

From first hand experience, all of the versions (which have at one point passed through my hands) are extremely bad to the point of being unplayable... even for little kids who it was aimed at.

I think I remember the guide saying something: "look for this one to be a big one in the future" Or something like that.
It is definitely rare, I think it's an 8

Being a SNES Section editor, the SNES NTSC version (confirmed by one of the game designers) had a very low print run IE 2,000+-
Genesis and 3dO were quite a bit larger as was the PAL SNES Version
This is an R8 for NTSC SNES and probably a R5-6 PAL which in terms of rarity scale is not even close to being the same
Looks for this to be One of the systems top released rarities next to AeroFighters and MBR/SR. If SNES collecting reaches a pinnacle like NES now many will be wishing they picked up an extra
Unless of course a warehouse with 2000 sealed copies is discovered :D

Recently got Fun 'N Games for $4.99 from Game Crazy by special ordering it. It's not on their block list...yet. Also saw it on Ebay awhile back ago. I forget what the ending price was...but I'm pretty sure it was under $10
Also...was there really a production run of only 2,000? Wouldn't that make the game more like an R9, rather then an R8? I have seen it's an R8 in the rarity guide....but a 2,000 production run is like the NTSC version of Stadium Events, and that game's an R9. Any chance of Fun 'N Games being bumped up to an R9 in the near future?
