Vanishing sellers

Well, it's finally happened.
Ebay Auction for Wizardry I and II (http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8226687833)

I win the auction, pay for the games (too much maybe, but hey - it was convenient) and the seller vanishes.

Anyone ever had this happen to them? Anything I can do or am I just screwed at this point?

Great games there, I love the Wizardry series..

Anyway, if you paid through Paypal you could probably file a claim through them to get your money back, especially since they're no longer registered.

Did you try email him? It's possible that his account could have been suspended for something stupid like a late eBay payment.
