I bought one because as a kid I always wanted an Amiga computer. I ended up getting an Amiga 500 but I think the learning curve was a little too great for me, so I picked up the CD32 just so I could play a few old Amiga games. In one way I really like it because it's a bit unique, but on the other hand it's been difficult finding stuff in NTSC format and my memory has a funny way of making old games seem better than they really were. I know the Amiga had awesome graphics during its reign, but picking one up now isn't *that* impressive. Anyway, I'm rambling.

Yeah, I have an Amiga 2000 that's stored away and unused right now. I loved the Amiga when it was current - and even after it was current. Still, I never use it now that I have my own (and have had it for six years). The CD32 has always reeked of "coolness" to me, but it's probably not justified. Maybe I should hook up that 2000 instead.
