The new site looks pretty slick and if you're like me you're gonna wanna go register you're 360 gamertag now while you can.

Not to mention you get this cool gamer card for your site.

Does anyone know what you'll have to do to switch your current Live account over to a Gold for the 360? When filling out the info for My Xobx, it said in the console registration section to enter your system serial numbers which will help you transfer your Live account to the 360. I entered my Xbox serial and it said that it was already registered (I registered it myself last year). Will I be able to do it when I get my 360 later this month? Don't understand exactly how the transfer process actually works. I got my Xbox gamer card set up though.

As far as i know you're gamertag just automatically transfers over. As for the registrations you can fill it out later after the console launches as all of the information you entered is updateable.

Gotcha. Thanks for the tip. I really like how this gamer card system is set-up. Can see recent games played and achievements for each. Reputation Scores too which I imagine will be helpful for avoiding assholes on Live.

I'm really looking forward to getting my 360 now.

I just did it. It says that you can changer your gamer tag. I just created a "gamer card" is there any difference?

I think just the 360 games, though if it incorporates the reg xbox that would be sweet.

They have to be coded into the game so only the 360 will have acheivements, however nobody knows if future xbox games will in corperate it.

Look for a minimum of 5 and a max of 50 for every 360 game released.
